By using Cinemaniac you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
Community rules
- No harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
- No spam, scams or unsolicited advertising.
- No illegal content, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.
- Mark spoilers where the app asks you to.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report content and block other users in the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content within Cinemaniac to operate the app. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared or quoted it in the app.
Memberships
Paid memberships are sold on the web and billed by Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. Prices are shown before you pay.
Movie data
Movie and TV information comes from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
No warranty
Cinemaniac is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
